We handle basement finishing from bare block and joists through to final trim: framing, insulation, electrical coordination, drywall, flooring, lighting, and finish carpentry. Whether it's becoming a family room, a home theater, a play space, a home office, or an in-law setup, we plan the layout around how you actually intend to use it.
Basements come with their own considerations that above-grade rooms don't — moisture, ceiling height, existing mechanicals, and egress requirements. We look at all of that during the estimate and tell you plainly what the space can and can't support before you commit to a plan.
